Our Story
Started in 2011 by two operations managers who got tired of watching smart companies struggle with dumb processes. We launched Beacon Group from a coffee shop in Timișoara with one simple idea: operations consulting doesn't have to feel like consulting. No jargon. No ego. Just experienced people solving real problems. Our first client was a family-run manufacturing company losing money to inefficiency. We helped them cut costs by 34% without cutting a single job. Word spread. Today we've worked with 47 different companies across manufacturing, logistics, retail, and services. Still in Timișoara. Still no jargon.
